English Comedy at RITCS café: Tom Ward / Imran Yusuf

Dear comedy-lovers,
We’re back!
We hope you’ve enjoyed the summer and are ready for top notch comedy! We’ve got a great season planned especially for you. Our October show kicks off the season in full force with two awesome comedians who you might have seen on the BBC’s “Live at the Apollo” and “Michael mcintyre’s comedy roadshow”.
Line-up:
🎤Tom Ward:
Fresh from his celebrated debut on Live at the Apollo, Tom Ward comes to Brussels with a brand-new construction of offbeat observations and top-notch whimsical detours. His favourite themes are all here: love, the 90s, living in a house… But this time he’s venturing out beyond his beloved suburbs to take on the planet, mental health and gender politics.
In August 2022 Tom did his fourth solo show at Edinburgh Festival with an hour called ‘Anthem’ and will be taking it on tour of the UK from November.
As seen on Live at The Apollo, The Stand Up Sketch Show, Live from the BBC, Roast Battle and has supported Jack Whitehall, Joe Lycett and Jason Manford on tour.
Beyond The Joke ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Broadway Baby ⭐⭐⭐⭐
🎤Imran Yusuf:
Renowned as a skilful raconteur who can seamlessly weave socio-political satire with heartfelt introspection into his charming and endearing trademark style, Imran Yusuf is a languid, punchy, cheeky and utterly lovable comedian, who has been a pioneering voice in the world of modern British comedy and across the world, racking up over 7 million hits on YouTube!
🎤Freya Mallard:
Freya Mallard is a fresh new voice on the comedy scene and has already established herself as a regular at many prestigious comedy clubs and shows around the UK. She has already taken part in Chortle Student Comedian of the Year and has been a finalist in the BBC New Comedy Awards.
